A 15-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Adam was a former Infantry and Special Forces Major.

Adam architects the strategic and commercial engine behind FelixClark. Blending consulting discipline with hands-on experience in high-growth technology and transformation environments, he brings clarity to complex operating environments where the margin for error is zero.

Adam's experience spans corporate strategy, marketing, go-to-market design, and digital transformation across industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, education, and the public sector. He brings a unique lens to his passion for translating strategic vision into practical results that accelerate growth and improve organizational performance.

Adam is a member of the Treble Victor Group, a network of Canadian military veterans who have transitioned into leadership roles across the private and public sectors.

Bradley Hartwick

Director & Co-Founder

A 12-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Bradley was a former Combat Engineer and Combat Diver Captain.

Bradley orchestrates FelixClark's product strategy to deliver outcomes with emerging technologies. He is a full-stack product builder who turns "What if?" into "What next?" to bridge the gap between innovation and commercialization.

Bradley's experience spans 0 to 1 product, human capital strategy, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation across industries, including technology, professional services, real estate, manufacturing, and the public sector. He is a systems engineer fluent in technology, data, people and processes who relentlessly pursues organizational outcomes.

Bradley is a member of the Treble Victor Group, a network of Canadian military veterans who have transitioned into leadership roles across the private and public sectors.
